Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping

We ship from Oregon via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Returns & exchanges

Because every item is handmade and personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Due to the custom nature of our work, each piece is one-of-a-kind and made specifically for its owner, so it can't be resold. We appreciate your understanding!

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
