How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made to order with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. We'll send tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Can I personalize my item?

Yes! Many of our pieces can be customized with a name, initial, or monogram. Just add your personalization details at checkout. Double-check spelling — we stitch exactly what you send.

Do you make the apparel yourself?

We design and machine-embroider every piece ourselves, then stitch our designs onto carefully chosen, ready-made blanks (such as Old Navy tees and Gildan sweatshirts). That means the garment's original brand tag is included — what makes each piece special is our custom embroidery and handwork. 💛

What is your return policy?

Because every item is handmade and personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Due to the custom nature of our work, each piece is one-of-a-kind and made specifically for its owner, so it can't be resold. We appreciate your understanding!

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll absolutely make it right — see below.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

We'd love to! For custom designs, color combos, or larger orders (think bridesmaid gifts, team sets, or party favors), send us a message and we'll make it happen.

How do I care for my embroidered items?

To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend gentle hand washing or a cold, delicate machine cycle, and laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to protect the embroidery. For apparel: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, hang dry or tumble dry on low, and if the design gets wrinkly, iron on the back of the embroidery.

What if something arrives wrong or damaged?

We stand behind everything we make. If there's an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
